I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive features like document upload, pickup scheduling, and tier-based dashboards. My user-centered approach drove a 40% increase in engagement and significantly improved onboarding experiences. I also developed a scalable design system in Figma, reducing inconsistencies and speeding up design-to-development handoff. Throughout the project, I focused on creating a simple, accessible experience that made sustainability rewarding and easy to engage with.
